If I could give a negative review I would. We where traveling from ** to ** as we where in the area we all were so exhausted we found SeaCrest so stayed for a few hours to sleep. Thank god thats all it was. In the room there was a bug, coffee cups where black inside, had to ask for more towels as we didnt have any. Moved a mattress and there was a used hair elastic, clump of hair and stains. When we checked out we showed the front desk person everything and requested a manager. Well apparently there is only 1 manager whose name is *****. Well he was supposed to call us on Monday and never did. I then called on Wednesday and he was out of office. I called on Friday and again out of office, called a week later on Sat as I was told he would be in 8-3 well nope unable to speak to ***** again. I asked for a corporate phone number and no one had anything. I was told that ***** is the only manager. So I was never called back and given the opportunity to explain so here is the major complaint since they dont want to take care of it. DONT EVER STAY THERE. When we first got there I asked to use the bathroom since we where traveling for about 14 hours. They sent me to bathrooms down and around the whole complex to only find out there where out of service. Never again would I stay there or ever recommend this place. ITS NASTY

Upon check in at the hotel I gave the hostess my ID and my credit card. She asked if there were any other guests staying with me. I told her my wife. She asked for my wife's ID. I told her my wife doesn't have an ID. She's disabled. She asked if she had a passport. I said, "No. She doesn't travel because she's disabled and she doesn't drive and doesn't have a driver's license." The hostess said a ************ City ordinance requires all adults to have an ID to stay at any hotel. I told her my wife doesn't have an ID. She said she was going to let us stay, but if we gave them any trouble they were going to kick us out of the hotel with no refund. I was not happy by that statement. I asked, "We haven't even checked in and you're already threatening to kick us out?" She said, "It's not a threat." I asked, "Do you treat all your guests this way when they check in?" She said it depends on what kind of people they are. I asked, "What kind of people are we?" She didn't answer the question. I told her I needed a moment because I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay in a hotel that treats people this way. I went to my car to get the handicap placard from my car that has my wife's photo on it. When I came back into the hotel, the hostess said, "I'm cancelling your reservation because you had a problem." I spoke with several people from the hotel trying to reconcile the situation, including the supervisor and a manager and they all agreed with how we were treated. My wife is in the terminal stages of Huntington's Disease and is completely non-verbal and wheelchair bound and this hotel treated us with level of disdain. I would not recommend any one staying in a place that treats people so poorly when they were given absolutely NO reason to treat us in that fashion. We went a few blocks down the street to another hotel and no one asked for my wife's ID and we checked in with in about 2 minutes. There are many and much better places to stay at ************.

Attempted to use the hotels, "book for someone else" feature to rent a hotel room for my mother 12 hours away from home for a vacation. Was informed after booking it that in fact could not book for someone else as I had to be present because she did not pay for it, despite being the guest it was booked for. This is a clear misrepresentation, a bait and switch that is untolerable.
