    Paid ******* to install ground decking. He did not meet code, boards bendable and one flapping. He also cut boards that made the deck look unprofessional. He didnt use excavator and charged us for one. He tightened boards together so water drainage could note occur, therefore leading to possible wood rot. When I asked him to revisit our concerns he didnt come and stopped responding to my texts. We wound up ripping up deck and installed it properly leading to more expenses and valuable time.

    Contracted Quality D solutions for services. To finish garage stain deck and steps. Contractor was paid $1,850 prior to start of work, Start day Feb 7 2023. Contractor stated approximately 5 days to complete. On Feb 15 he texted that "a lot of the ceiling was still wet so I couldn't do anything" . He texted on Feb 16 stating he brought white paint and everything would be done that day and sorry for the delay. He did come that day. When he left he said he just had to do seams and would finish up then proceeded to ask if it was ok to pay the rest. I did pay the remaining $1,850 He then texted me "I hope you guys don't feel uncomfortable giving me the money because I'm definitely coming back there to patch the seams I wouldn't do that to you girls..." On Feb 22(Wed) I texted him asking if he was coming, he replied he was there Monday, knocked on the back door but nobody answered. I replied we were here with an appointment. I do not believe he came. I asked him to come the following Monday, he agreed. He then changed it to Sunday am to which I agreed. He never showed never texted, On Feb. 26 I received a text from *********************** AKA ******************************* saying she was ******'s partner and he had a family emergency went to FL wont be back until Wed March 1. I waited until March 3 texted him no response then texted her she stated he just got back and she would remind him to call me. I texted on Sat March 4 no reply he did not answer phone. On March 7 ,texted he had issues he would take care of the job he started, the exchange was somewhat unpleasant. On Wed March 8 he stated he was here. I never saw him or his truck. He stated he would finish Friday March 10 did not show said rain said he would finish Sat March 11 no reply to text no response to phone calls and was no show. He was to get the final payment on completion and never completed job. The person ***** wrote up his 5 rating review on your web site and is on our neighbor website writing great reviews under both names.

    I went by the clients residence twice and she never answered the door or told me the garage was locked to finish painting the spots that were mudded. We do have emails and texts saying we were there and not to mention it's an hour away from my shop. We tried to finish the job but she either has the cars in the garage or she's not home so she hired someone else because I can't keep wasting my gas for a job that gonna take me 20 mins to finish .
    There was three spots that needed painting other than that the whole job was done and completed. I took it apon my self to remud the seams that didn't look right and she responded " it's only a garage don't worry about it" . That was her last response to me

    I am rejecting this response because: The contractor  abandoned the job. I have many text messages to support my facts. The contractor made many inappropriate comments on text messages to myself and my sister which I also have. The contractor breached his own contract by not doing the job properly which I have proof of in writing from a professional company. He never taped seams or joints which caused more damage and has to be redone. He clearly did not have the skill set for this job. He also took money not due to him as stated because he did not complete the job. I can provide documentation of the above and request monies returned.

    In early August we entered into an agreement for these folks to redo a shower and tub. Gave a deposit of $5500. They did tear out the fiberglass shower and tub. They then wanted additional $1000 immediately. This is when we started checking them out. They Do Not have a business license in Horry county. This can be verified by calling Bernie @Horry county Since the beginning it's been nothing but lies and more lies. So for our $5500 we got the tear out and about $900 of tile

    First and foremost we only ordered the tile for them. We did not move forward with these customers because they had a plumbing issue that we addressed to them that they did not want to pay so we never signed a contract or even gave them one to begin with. We asked them several times if they wanted to reach an agreement but when I went to pick up my tools the customer ****** pulled a gun out of his nightstand and put it behind his back. Now, I have been in business for 20 years and never once I had to deal with an issue like this! I will not have my workers fear for their lives because some customer in his late 70's wants to pull out guns as we're working!!? I was scared to move forward with these customers because at that age there's no telling what he would do to me or my help? We gave them all their tile which was $3,900 for wall tile and floor tile. He did not pay us for ripping out his shower so we did not return. We will not return because I do not trust this customer. When u pull out guns while I'm working I do not feel safe in your house sorry

    He was not threaten in any way. He even admitted he was not. We were shorted 2 boxes of floor tile. The tile was about $100 , tear out $1000, we gave him $5500. We want refund of 3000.

    First of all the tile was not even close to what they said. The wall tile was 2,700 and the floor tile was $800 I have the receipt from The tile store saying that so therefore they will definitely not get $3,000 back because they have not even paid to do the tear out in the bathroom. So I don't see why you would want 3,000 back when they're down deposit was only $5,500 and the tile came out to $3,500?? We don't work for free and I refuse to pay $3,000 when someone pulls a gun on me in a house when I'm trying to work I'm sorry. I won't work in a situation like that not me or my workers. If I have to take a bad review on Google so be it but I refuse to pay $3,000 when their tile costs $3,500 and the initial down payment was only $5,500. Like I said before they never paid for any of the labor that was done in that bathroom so therefore I believe we are even in this case. Thank you for your time.

    I went to Home Depot. The exact same floor tile is$400 for 4 boxes you only delivered 2. The wall tile is $800, total $1000. I can prove this. $1000 FOR TEAR out.$500 for your time. Will accept $3000 refund. You said you were not threaten by the gun. I have that in writing.
