    I would be careful using these guys to sell anything. They lied to me on several occasions. They lied about closing buyer. They lied to me saying I could not increase the listing price. They refused to get buyers in a bidding war just so they could have a quick easy sale.so sent blank contracts and when I questioned it they removed them. And when it came time to collect ******* money I had to negotiate on my own. they wanted me to give buyer their money back even tho the buyer didnt fulfill their agreement. They used the ******* money contract as collateral to make me sign a release that they add extra days to. On April 27 I had 145 days left and on may 7th I had 140 days left and Broadhurst refuse to edit the contract. Then when I wrote a bad review the owner called me and threatened me with ceased and assist lawyer letter because of my bad review I gave them. Seller and buyer beware these guys so you dont get screwed like I did
