    I rented a property through this company for a year and paid rent in full and on time every month. During that time we went through 4 different property managers, all of which quit or were fired. None of them resolved any issues or work orders we filed. We spent the last 6 months of our stay without a working oven and broken microwave door. The refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker were never fixed during our entire stay. At one point we received a letter threatening to terminate our lease because we had a dog. We had been given permission to have one at the property and this was a big part of our decision to move there. Thankfully I had previous emails regarding it. The worst part of the whole experience was being blamed for damage to the siding that had been there during our entire stay but was never addressed by Semper Fi. The siding appeared to be warped from a grill or fire pit and we brought this to our first property managers attention. She was no longer with the company a month later so that conversation never went any further. When it came time to move, we were charged $1800 out of our security deposit to fix the damage. You can see the damage in Zillow images of the house prior to our stay, but the Semper Fi and the property owners refuse to acknowledge that. When we tried to resolve this with Semper Fi, they just kept showing us documents we signed, and how we shouldnt have signed them if there was an issue. *****, the owner, then kicked us out and threaten to call the police rather than trying to resolve the issue or talk to the owners. Myself and my two roommates recently separated from the military before moving into this home. We thought a Semper Fi property management company would be someone trustworthy. ***** and Semper Fi seem to have no integrity or dependability and instead are trying to use the ************ credibility to profit off of. Id advise you to trust your property with someone else, and rent elsewhere if possible.

    After reviewing this file, the move in checklist was marked OK for outside during the inspection prior to move in. All other "issues" with the home were marked throughout the move in inspection as you can see on the attached move in. All parties signed off on the move in as well. 

    We are also surprised to be getting this complaint this long after the tenants have already vacated and never spoke of this prior to now.

    We will do whatever we need to resolve any issues, if we have the necessary proof that there was any wrong doing on our side. Thank you.
