    I secured a unit from Myrtlewood Villas through Booking.com. The confirmation email Myrtlewood Villas sent guarantee a clean room; however, the room I was assigned had a trash box with a broken chandelier in front of the unit, the dining table was marred and unclean, the mirror had fingerprints on it, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and there was no light in the shower. I have pictures of these deficiencies. I asked for another unit but was told there were none available, so I asked for a refund of my money. I was told that booking.com had to refund my money. I contacted booking.com and below is their reply:Hi ******,Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you, as this is not the kind of experience we wanted you to have as part of our commitment to let our guests experience the world.We've followed up with Myrtlewood Condos, however, no compensation could be provided in this case.As per the property you have already informed that no compensation could be provided as for this case.You still can leave a review. This helps them improve and helps future guests decide where to stay.Again, my sincere apologies for what happened. I hope you understand that I also tried my best in helping you out. I appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.If you have any other questions, we are here for you.View messages Reservation Details Guest name:*********************

    at 4872 Dahlia ** apt 203 i checked in and noticed roaches when i checked in then the next day i woke up to severe itching when i noticed the bed was infested with bed bugs, the condo address was ***********************. apt 203 ************ **** *****.
