I used my credit card to purchase 3 hours of parking. As soon as I initiated payment, I realized that I had reversed two the letters in my license plate number. I IMMEDIATELY tried contacting the posted contact info onsite as well as texting the number posted at the site to inform them of issue and seek a resolution. Unable to get any response! Tried these methods several times with zero response. I then left the location and returned 2 hours later and found my vehicle with a citation and a locked chain on front drivers side wheel. I tried contacting the information on the citation via the ** code, text, email to explain and seek resolution. I received automated response informing me that someone would respond within ten minutes. I got no response at all. Called the number posted, wrote email to the posted website and received no answer. I was locked at that location and since I could get no response from any of the company suggested resolution contacts points, I paid for the citation and was given a code to unlock the chain from my vehicle and returned it to the drop box at the location as specified. The next morning, I filed a dispute explaining that I had already paid and should not have been given the citation. Their response is that there is nothing they can do, as they have to pay the service provider and the enforcement officer. This is unsatisfactory to do to a person who made an honest mistake( considering that I tried to contact the company in several ways prior to them showing up while I was away from the vehicle and issuing a citation (I paid for the parking spot in good faith) that cost $21.42 for the 3 hours of which I used 2. Being stuck on location at the mercy of the lack of customer service availability, I was forced to pay for the citation which was an additional cost of $63.13. It is completely unacceptable. I should be refunded the citation cost!Considering that I tried to resolve this prior to any citation being given!!
