      recently purchased car parts from the website, with the following breakdown: a subtotal of $314.50, a shipping charge of $30.12, and a handling fee of $5.00. I also applied a discount coupon which reduced the total by $15.73, bringing the final amount paid to $333.89.The items were scheduled to ship on April 4th, but when I received no updates, I reached out to their customer service. In response, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $130 because the shipment was supposedly "oversized."At no point during the checkout processor in any communication prior to my inquirywas it stated that additional fees for oversized items would apply. This demand came only after I had fully paid and contacted them myself.This is completely deceptive and unprofessional behavior. The websites practices are misleading, and I strongly believe this business is operating in bad faith. I consider this experience to be a scam.

      The parts platform that we use for online orders did not recognize that the package was over sized and that the shipping company would require more money than originally quoted to ship the item.  The customer was made aware of this with an apology and an offer to refund all monies via an email.  The customer then responded that they were still disappointed and with threats to contact the ** and various other state agencies and organizations about their displeasure.  Full refund was provided 4/8

      I tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership this week 5/21-22. After texting back and forth most the day we came to a purchase price, I requested a all pertinent info be texted to me with price listed as it was past closing time, was told I could call or receive a call in the morning to put a deposit on vehicle as it was in transit. Called the next morning and after getting a return call was informed that they would not sell it at that price!! They wanted an additional $700 l!!Talk about unethical business
