  If u could give them a zero I would give them a BIG flat ZERO! I rushed there last night to buy a car and boy no one wants to sell a car these days! I got there and met ***** the sales agent or manager but if he is a manager he should be demoted. I told him right from the start what I wanted. I was putting down 10k with my trade in meaning that I would put the difference of whatever they gave me for my trade in. When he came back with the finance guy he had no idea I was putting anything down. That's because ***** was to worried about texting and working. He apologized and said I was supposed to put the 10k in but clearly was not paying attention if he missed that part. He did not put his customer first! When we sat in ***** office with my dad, cousin and the finance manager I clearly said 10k with the trade in difference and the finance manager said 320 car payment a month after going back to his office. When we got to the finance manager office he asked for 10k cash and I said it's not 10k it's 6500. He said ohhhh that switches the numbers. They started getting really nasty! The manager that was running the store bangs on the store and says let's wrap it up.THAT MANAGER IS NOT HELPING THE STORES NUMBERS IF HE WAS NOT WILLING TO MAKE HIS EMPLOYEES MISTAKE CORRECT! Bangs on the door and says wrap it up. The owner drinks 5 nights a week and switches car prices as per *****! This place is a joke and they tried a bait and switch me little do they know I could have bought the car cash! They are so rude in there no personality good luck if you decided to buy a car here. I wouldn't buy a candy bar from these scammers!

  On September 9, 2020 I had to have the Purge Valve replaced on my 2015 **** Escape Part-$161.68 Labor-2 hours $292.95 = $454.63...After tax and miscellaneous charges, I paid a total of $509.61 Now, fast forward to October 16, 2023 (I noticed the same issues with my vehicle that I was having in September 2020, but the earliest Beach Ford could make my appointment was October 16th) I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning and 3 days later I was able to pick up my car. 2 hours to fix the car, but **** kept my car 3 days AND I had an appointment...FYI The same exact part was replaced...Purge Valve.Part-$238.99 Labor-2 hours $390.00 = $628.99...After tax and miscellaneous charges, I paid a total of $694.32 for the same issue Beach Ford fixed 3 years earlier. Holy cow! Right! (for the SAME part)I understand that parts can go up...not an issue with that at all. The miscellaneous charge leaves me scratching my head a bit because it states, "Customer pay shop charge for repair order" What the heck is that??? I'm paying almost $50 bucks for the repair order?! Ok, got you...I think.Now to the labor charge. 2020 2 hours of labor was $292.95 2023 2 hours of labor is $390.00 so in 2020 hourly labor was $146.47 and in 2023 hourly labor is now $195.00. Okay, now that I have broken it all down...this is my issue...when I asked my service advisor why such a price difference for the same exact issue...he said INFLATION...what tha?! I work 3 jobs...I know inflation. For **** to charge me $184.71 (Labor) more in replacing the SAME PART as they replaced 3 years ago to date is insane. And to beat all, this professional mechanic left off one of the clips that securely holds the Purge Valve in place. Yep, just hanging out under the hood...thank you very much. So now I have to find time out of my busy schedule to go back over to **** so they can attach this clip. Hopefully that will not take 3 days to do. Very disappointed :-(

  No one truly cares about ********** Company's Reputation at Beach Ford. Overpriced which is why this dealer never gets my money... and the service I have come to find, is a joke. They made multiple false judgments /diagnosis on my car that has 69k miles and had to be towed to them over and over again for a non start issue. My last visit they tried to say it was "performance wires tapped into the wire harness" The wires they speak of were added by ********** Companies recall on the coolant system. I waited two weeks for a call back from **************** but actions speak louder than words. I own Multiple Fords and they have all treated me very well so the company has not lost me yet . **** fastback, 2012 boss 302, 2010 **** raptor, 2014 fiesta st and I have owned every generation of mustang ever built. I love the rich history and story about ********** Company... but I bet most of the people there can't even tell you the name of the guy who started the company and they don't care. All they want is that friday paycheck and out the door. I will never recommend Beach Ford and Will tell all of my customers and business associates what kind of dealership and service they give out.

  Bought a vehicle here. Had concerns about the steering stabilizer. I was told by the sales man and sales manager it was the road. The service manager said he had it replaced already. I did look under it and told them it did not look new. Asked them to put something in the paperwork if it turned out to be the stabilizer they would take care of it. They refused. I’ve had it two weeks and it’s in the shop for a new stabilizer, plus breaks, plus computer needed to be flashed cause the transmission was not working properly. Spoke to the dealership and all I received was justification for their actions. I give them 1 star cause that’s the lowest option.

  this place is the biggest scam artists. not only do they falsely advertise prices of their vehicles on their website and try to charge you a extra ***** dollars in ** fees but try to justify it by saying lack of inventory, even though as soon as you walk on their lot they brag about how they have the most new inventory in the area. it should be illegal to take advantage of people like that. we all know they are making their money back even if they didn't add those ** fees. cars are already over price as it is and now you add on this. it should be illegal and something needs to be done about it.
