    I reserved a medical scooter by phone on 6/8/2025 with ******* at National Scooters for my upcoming vacation in Myrtle Beach on 6/24/2025. I paid $136.25 with my cc for which ******* emailed me a receipt. Because of a family matter that happen on 6/10/2025 I had to cancel my upcoming Myrtle Beach vacation. I spoke with ******* on 6/13/2025 to inform him of the situation and told him to cancel the medical scooter reservation and to give me a refund. He acknowledged my request and he told me to text him as well with my information again as to cancel/refund my request. Till this day 6/17/2025 I have yet to hear back from ******* with confirmation of the cancellation/refund. I have called on numerous occasions along with sending him text messages and I also left voice mails to him. National Scooter refund policy is a 48 hour window in which to receive a full refund. I gave a 11-day(264 hour window) cancellation request with ******* who represents National Scooter Company. I am due my $136.25 Refund.Thank you ***** ***

    While in Myrtle Beach I called a number listed to rent a mobility scooter. Im 73 yrs old and cant walk a lot. After reading a sign at my hotel saying no scooters allowed in the garage. I misunderstood. I called and canceled the scooter. The scooter was never delivered but after calling since I returned home they wont even offer me 1/2 of amount paid for canceling. They said someone at the hotel canceled it when they delivered it but I called and the manager said they never talk to the scooter rentals they just leave them in the lobby.
