      My family worked with this law office for a closing. We were all going to travel 3+ hours for the closing. The closing was scheduled, but then they could close that day. This made it impossible for everyone to be at closing. This law firm was not very good at communicating with us. We wouldn't hear anything until we reached out to them. All of this was a pain, but the icing on the cake was the rudeness of the people working there. The receptionist was rude first. Then the lawyer was rude too. She was really bothered that she had to come to closing. She let us know she had errands to run the day of closing so she was not dressed for a closing. By the way, I didn't care how she was dressed. I just thought she should be polite and be willing to answer questions. I asked a question and her tone and the way she answered was crazy. I am wondering why I did not find this business on the better business bureau because they have plaques hanging up in their office showing they have won BBB awards. How is that possible?
