    I would leave a zero if I could. I paid thru Priceline and the manager was upset because I used Priceline and stayed 2 weeks. I complained about her unpyand unpleasant manner. She retaliated by calling the police and kicking me out at 5:00 am. When I asked about my security deposit, the front desk person told me to call corporate. I asked for the phone number and was told to call corporateGoogle it! These people stole my deposit and 1 night stay from me ! Do not stay here!

    Mr. **** did stay at our property on 12/14/2024 we got a visit from ************ saying someone by the name of ******* B threatened to hurt hisself. Night shift look in the system and had noone by that name. Then we received a call around 4am from the suicide line saying that someone called and said he was going to shoot the manager in the morning. Suicide line gave us the phone number. Night audit call the manager and she was able to pull the phone number in the system and it came back to ****** **** which was still in house at the time. Horry county was called we pulled the recording from the suicide line and let the officers hear it as well. Yes he was asked to leave the property with no refund. You threatened to take someone life that has kids and a family. We don't take stuff like that lightly. Yes he was told to contact corporate because now this is a legal matter where lawyer are involved. ****** was also placed on the do not rent list and trespassed from the property. We have audio and video of everything.

    On 6/17/24 manager was extremely unprofessional. Manager kicked me out the hotel on 6/16/24 because I reported her for showing favoritism in assigning a room. Manager accused me of violating their policy because I asked a guest what their room number was to report she gave a 2nd floor out 10 mins after telling me there wasnt any vacancies on the 2nd floor. ****** said asking this was against their their policy and told me to get off the property before she called the police. The hotel clerk refused to check me out and only gave me the bill. They are refusing to return my money saying I violated their policy. Im now being charged for 5 night from 6/17/24 until 6/21/24 and I didnt use their service for one night. What a nightmare when I was suppose to be on vacation.

    Manager never check her in it was a fd agent. Manager got brought into the situation when the fd asked her twice not to ask guest there room number. The rooms was already assigned to guest and some guest was stayover that she was asking. Yes that violate the privacy policy. ***** was asked several times to stop before she was asked to leave. There was no favoritism to any guest. As I stated before we cannot promise a certain floor all we promise is to put you in the room type you book. The guest also stated she would *** us and all conservation was stopped at that point.

    ***** infested, overpowering urine smell and horrendous customer service. ************* who owns them and priceline the third party we booked through wouldn't refund the money

    The guest booked a room for 2 night and because there was a incidents with another guest he decided he wanted to check out and be refunded when the guest booked the room he had 48hr to cancel the reservation and he did not cancel. If the room had a urine smell the guest never said anything to the front desk agent on the first night they checked in and if it wasn't for the guest that yell in the breakfast area he would have never asked to check out. The guest then left and came back around 1pm and wanted to use the pool and it was closed due to the chemicals level being too high which is a hazard per dhec. After that he went back to his room and came back with a picture of a ***** which we do not know if it was our property due to him trying to get a full refund. We only refund 10% for issue in room if guest use the room. Our property was just about a week ago. No refund will be given.
