  ******** ******** Property Manager needs to be fired! She talks to her staff just as bad as she communicates with customers. This property has addicts running the hotel and ******** must have been on something when handeling my family and I. Between the 3 HOUR WAIT for a clean room to be provided with 3 DISGUSTING Roach infested ROOMS and her calling cops on me because she wanted me to leave the property within 30seconds of canceling our stay I must say the distress from the entire experience left me not wanting to use ********* in the future since they allow such low standards. I am fileing a BBB report and including the officer ************; Incident number **********.

  Email received by hotel stated if you stayed 7 days, you were charged $100 deposit..I was charged $200 because I checked out the next morning so they counted that morning as the eighth day.. stated deposit would be released at check out. Still have not received. Upon check in had to wait 3 hours to get into room and it was still filthy. Had to clean myself. View on balcony was a parking garage..no windows in room. Pools were filthy, more sand and seashells in pool then on beach. Hot tub was broken and was yellow in color like it was stained from urine. Complained but after 4 days ..the company that was hired only vacuumed one pool. Trash everywhere..roaches climbed the walls on the balcony ..stained sheets. TV didn't work.. maintenance had to come within first ten minutes..coffee pot was broken..I took pictures of everything and would share if I could..will never stay here again.

  If I could give a negative star thats what this company would get. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It did not resemble pictures posted by the company. When we first checked in the desk clerk was rude. We had two rooms and both rooms had multiple furnishings that were damaged. The toilet and bathtub drains did not work properly. The handle to the stove was broken off. Opened the cabinet door and a cockroach scurried away. Patio furniture was old and damaged. No light bulbs in the lamp. When walls were painted they left the pictures on the wall and painted around them. Air conditioner not sealed around, we could see daylight from the sides and air conditioner unit completely removed from exercise room and left with a gaping hole in wall. *** machines on multiple levels were not functioning. Then the morning we were checking out I pulled back the patio curtain and there was black mold going up the wall took pictures and reported this to the desk clerk and she was once again extremely rude and acted as if we created the mold in the couple days we were there after she refused any type of refund I asked to be in contact with management and she would not give me the information. I became sick after a night of staying in the room coughing throughout the night and was sick for a week with a respiratory illnesses. Our whole vacation was ruined.

  Horrible !! Tiny rooms, no towels or washcloths, missing TV, chairs, 5 light bulbs in bathroom missing, batteries in smoke alarm dead and chirping all night, also roaches -dead and alive. No safety rails in bathtub. No working telephones in rooms, had to go up and down elevator to front desk to make complaints. Floors and rugs dirty, rooms had unpleasant odors. Online advertisement states ocean front view.. It was alley view only of ocean.

  Booked room months ahead printed confirmation arrived & was told no room available that i booked was offered a downgrade for only a $45 discount requested manager to be called was told shes with her kids, not cool considering i have my ********* are left on street told it would be refunded within 5-7 business days very unacceptable not to mention only room offered not what i paid for & was crawling wirh roaches, spoke with someone this morning & was given my deposit info no one said they did not have room available. This is a ******** demand some type of reprecussuons for this business
