    I called the Four Points Sheraton hotel late on 04/10/25 to see about reserving a room for that night. I was able to get the reservation and headed there with my family. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying with us. Once arriving it was a little after midnight. The gentleman at the desk checked us in and provided us with our key cards. Once we got in the room we tried to settle in the rest. One of the first issues we had was the bed closetest to the window had a lot of debris, hair and some dirt on the sheets. We cleaned that and tried to rest. After everyone went to use the bathroom we noticed the bathroom sink would not drain at all. The stopper was not working either. The sink was about half way full. At first we thought it would just drain over some time. We all fell asleep and then about an hour later we were woken up by this loud machine running noise. We figured out it was the elevator. Our room was directly beside the elevator. This noise was so loud and annoying all night long. We called downstairs to the desk and told the gentleman we would like to move rooms or something because we couldn't sleep with the noise. We also advised him about the sink being stopped up and not draining. He did not seem concerned at all, nor did we switch rooms or have anyone come and fix the sink. We had to use the shower to do everything, brush our teeth, wash our hands. The water in the sink never went down by the time we left. Once we checked out and went downstairs to turn in our key cards the young lady that checked us out, I informed her about the issues and the fact that no one would move us or fix the sink. She wasn't concerned either, all she said was next time ask for the room to be further away from the elevator. Not helpful at all. This stay was a waste of money. No one offered to help us find a more suitable room. We stayed on the 6th floor and our room was directly in front of the elevator. This is the worst hotel stay ever.
