Goode Fence installed a fence on the rear of my property on November 1, 2022. Order #: 20221103_143636015_863327053 The installed fence was 180 linear feet and included two access gates. The fence ran along my rear property line and long the rear right side of my property. The fence tied into the rear of my home on both sides and had two gates, one on the right side and the other at the rear property line. The cost of the fence and installation was $7,110.00. I paid $3,500 on October 4, 2022 and final payment of $3,610 on November 3, 2022. I supplied Goode Fence with the proposed layout of the fence (HOA Homeowners Submittal *************** Survey) . Prior to the installation, Goode Fence surveyed my property and provided me with a diagram detailing the placement of the fence including dimensions that were consistent with the fence layout and property survey that I supplied.The fence installed on the right side of my property was 67 feet wide and not 70 as indicated on the layout and property survey I provided and the survey prepared by Goode Fence prior to the installation of the fence. I left numerous phone calls, emails and letters with Goode Fence to discuss this matter, all of which were not answered. I am seeking a refund from Goode Fence to remove and replace the placement of the fence that was incorrectly installed by Goode Fence. I am making one last appeal to Goode Fence to refund to me the cost to remove and replace the placement of the fence. If Goode Fence fails to respond within a reasonable amount of time, I will refer this matter to my attorney for other alternatives to obtain a refund.
