    On 5/10/2023 I paid $135.56 for a Diagnostic fee that I would like refunded. I had a drive train malfunction light come on and Europro diagnosed that the problem was a air breather ************* line. Then 2 weeks later, the light came back on. I dropped the car off May 30th,2023 again and after 2 days they stated that they could not get the light to come back on so I picked the car up the next day, June 2nd. Then I had other unrelated car repairs, and after all of that was done, recently the drive train malfunction light came on again. When I called them about the light, they stated that they told me that that I needed the turbo replaced when I picked it up from the unrelated repairs and that the light was because of that but I told them that was not true, they did not tell me about the turbo needing replacement and that the light had come on again 2 weeks after they "fixed it" therefore it was never fixed. They stated they would review the phone calls and get back to me and they never did. They never accurately diagnosed or fixed the problem that I paid them for.

    This customer contacted us with an issue that had been diagnosed by the local Dealership. She requested that we do the work they told here was needed. We did verify that it was in fact an issue that did need to be addressed but had no way of knowing the additional work needed until after the first and most important issue was correct.

    I am rejecting this response because: The response is a fabrication. They stated that the repairs they completed were based on a diagnosis from the dealership but they are referring to when I initially came to them to fix the vacuum pump. My submission is about after the vacuum pump was fixed, a separate "drive train malfunction" light came on and I brought it to Europro. They diagnosed it a problem with the air breather tube and vacuum line, charged me $135 for diagnosis and then an additional $460+ to fix the drive train malfunction light. After I paid and completed the repairs, the light came on again. There has been back and forth but ultimately, the light was never fixed and they stopped responding to me.
