    I ordered a 4 pack of *** **** assorted Barbecue sauce from this Garden and Table on line. Simple enough right? I order, they charge my card the $38 and change for this elusive BBQ sauce ive been trying to find. Well 20 days passes and no tracking info, no sauce. So I email them asking what is going on. Well they respond saying the one I wanted is out of stock, and heres a list of other selections. So I choose a 3 pack of assorted ***** sauces to replace the 4 pack of *** **** sauces they didnt have. And within a few days I get in the mail, 2 bottles barely wrapped one completely broken. Broken glass and bbq sauce all over the inside of the box. Im livid. Youre gonna take my money, not say anything for 20 days, then act like nothing is wrong, send me the wrong replacement and one is broken? Horrible and totally a hazard. It's my own fault because apparently after researching them more, I see they do this all the time to people. Total scam.

    I placed an order on October 9 with the shipping required as this was a food item. After several days I received an email saying I needed to choose another shipping option although I chose the correct option initially. I asked for guidance regarding shipping. I received no response for several days. The item was needed for an event. The event passed with no response from their email or phone number. I requested a refund; no response. I requested a second time and was told I needed to choose another shipping option. I explained that I had asked for help several days ago and received no response. I asked again for a refund. No response. This is clearly a scam used to rip people off.

    Placed an order with *********************************************** on 12/13/2024 to deliver a gift basket. Credit card was immediately charged for the order. After a month, the order was still not delivered. According to the online portal, the order is "Awaiting Fulfillment". Multiple attempts have been made to contact *********************************************** in order to cancel the order and refund the amount, but all attempts have been completely ignored.

    We bought online organic, gluten free pizza dough on July 30, 2024. Further inquiry with someone at company was it would ship on August 1 and arrive in 2 days.On August 7, 2024 I emailed Garden and Table and received back an automated email they were closed for Tropical ********************* and would reopen shortly. I contacted them multiple times on their website messaging between August 20 and August 30 and received no reply at all.Called and left message on September 2, 2024. Have heard nothing back from company.

    I placed an order for 25 oysters to be delivered. When I ordered there was one option for shipping, a "standard rate" of $19.95. The order was supposed to be processed within 1-2 days. When I checked the order is was still listed as "awaiting fulfillment". I online chatted with one of the reps and they told me I chose the "wrong shipping", although when I placed order, there was only one choice. So they canceled my order and wanted me to try and order again. At that point the shipping was now going to be $520 for 25 oysters. I told the rep to nevermind, I did not want to re-order. They told me I would receive a refund within a few business days. However, the refund never came. I tried the online chat and I emailed several times but never received a response. I also tried calling, but the business phone number isn't even a working number. Still have had no contact with them and no refund. They seem to be a scam site. Beware.

    I placed an order for 2 cases of frozen Kraft Macaroni and Cheese on 1/19/2024 for a total of ******. It is now 5/13/2024 and have yet to receive the product. I have messaged them through their website at least 6 weeks ago and never received a response. The lack of response in regard to the delay in delivery and the lack of customer service is ***************************. In addition, they have held our money without a refund.

    On 12/4/23 I placed an online order for Jalapeo dark chocolate truffles. At the time of order, it said they would be delivered by Christmas. The status remained awaiting fulfillment. I chatted online with someone on 12/15 but they did not have any answers and suggested I buy something else. I never received the candy. Ive sent the company 3 emails requesting a refund and have heard nothing in response which is unbelievable to me. Thank you

    Order placed 12.7.23 for a gourmet food product. Order never fulfilled nor received. **************** contacted via their website with no response.

    I ordered from this company the product "kiss my keto" bread. I did receive an order within moderate time. But the order was not what I ordered. It was another product. I've contacted them daily since this happened. Asking to return the product and to get a refund. There has been no contact from this company whatsoever

    On June 1st i placed the order for keto bread, $53.98. Its been now a month and have not received anything. I tried emailing them, contacting any way i could but no responses. They took the money but didnt give product.
