    Date of transaction: December 10, 2024 Stylist: ****** ******** Issue: A week ago I spoke with ****** regarding having some highlights added to the front of my hair, and perhaps having a minimal trim. At that time, ****** kept insisting that low-lights would look good. I kept telling her that all I wanted was a few highlights on the *********** when I went for the highlights, I was very specific that I did not want low-lights, ash coloring, toner, or all-over highlighting. I was very clear and concise that I did not want anything else done to my hair. As she kept working around my hair, I kept reminding her what I wanted and she became progressively irritated.When finished, ****** had added blonde highlights all over my head to the point that there is almost no contrast between the light and dark, and there are orange streaks mingled in. My hair does not look highlighted, it looks dyed blonde.She was obviously aware that she did not provide the service I requested because she even told me NOT to look at it right away. When I told her I was not satisfied, she also said "well I told you to get low lights."****** treated my hair the way SHE wanted it done, not the way I wanted it, and her comments made it clear that she knew that from the beginning. She was even argumentative in my initial consultation about what SHE wanted, not what I wanted.
