was having a battery issue with my iPhone XR cellphone. After performing some broad troubleshooting, the employee informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. I confirmed that this was all that should be needed and was told "yes". Later on in the day (3/13/23) i stopped back by to grab my phone while on the way to work. When i got to work and tried to use my phone several unusual things began to happen. 1. The phone would randomly shut down and restart. 2. There was now a neon pink and green line(s) running down my screen. 3. I keep getting an iPhone error stating that non-certified Apple material was installed. I verified on my paperwork that only Apple material should of been used as they are advertised as a certified Apple repair facility. When i brought the phone back in the next day (3/14/23) i was told that since the phone had left there store, there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to resolve the issue unless i was willing to spend another $270 to diagnose the phone again. This is after i was already out $100+ for the battery. To anyone needing help with there Apple products, stay as far away from this company as possible!!! A friend of mine later informed me that repair shops try to pull scams like this all the time as there is not much the consumer can do legally. It's a real shame people try yo make a living by taking advantage of customers like this.
