    C&C Myers came to my home on June 9 because I had issues with my plumbing. They came out, snaked the toilet, and told me I needed a 2-way cleanout, which was $1,100. I was told I did not have one on the property and needed one to fix the problem. I agreed, signed off on this additional cost.
    When all the work was done, the plumber told me there was not an issue with my plumbing and the issue was on the city side of the plumbing. We continued to have issues until the city came out the next day (6/10/25). When the city employees were here, they said I already had a cleanout on the property and the one I just had installed and paid for was not necessary. They snaked their pipes and said it was all clear. We continued to have issues, the city came out a second time on the same day, snaked again and said it was fine.
    I continued to have issues, called a different plumber, Roto Rooter, on 6/12/25, and he finally fixed the issue.
    The city, came back to my house on 6/13/25 to snake again and show me that their pipes are clean but they also reiterated that I did not need a second cleanout added to my property.

    I have called CC Myers to discuss and request a refund on 6/10, 6/11, and 6/13. Each tine I called, I was told a supervisor would call me the same day or next. I have not received a call back.

    We have used C & C since I can remember, when they were a family-owned business. Now that they've been sold the customer service has gone down the drown. My family has recently had a visit from them, and they recommended a new AC system. At first it was AC and duct work, until my mother had mentioned that they had done some kind of treatment to the ducts. At which point they "remembered" and said she didn't' need duct work then. They've missed at least 1 if not 2 of the maintenance appointments they are agreed upon in the maintenance agreement between the last two years. They came out in August of last year and told her she had 3-5 years on her unit and all the sudden now it needs to be replaced for around $16000.00 with a $2000.00 tax rebate which means it's still $16000.00 out of her pocket. Now there is a possible wet spot in her bathroom where the drain pain sits and when asked if they would come back out and look at it, they told her that if she wants them to come back out it's $99.00. You would think that them, missing regular maintenance they would have the courtesy to do that. Now, that issues are coming up she asked why they didn't recommend anything before and they told her they did, to my father, who has been dead a year and a half now. They've been out since then and never recommended it. I honestly feel like they are giving her the run around because she's a woman and there isn't a male present when they come. At the very least I would like them to come back out and look at the unit and fix anything that should have been fixed and covered under the maintenance agreement and possibly the drywall if it's damaged and was their fault.

    C&C was employed to fix high temps in our upstairs bedrooms that averaged 79 when set at 73. Zach was sent and diagnose the problem to one of our two units. However , it was the wrong unit for the bedrooms. They convinced me this was the right unit and we had it replaced for $18,000. This never fixed the problem as Zack read the zones wrong and replaced the unit that was not broken. Jason refused to address the issue to correct the situation. Basically, it's like going in for a knee operation and they operated on the wrong knee. C& C refuses to correct their mistake.

    On June 3rd 2024 a C&C Meyers representative gave me an estimate of 18,751 for a new Lennox AC system. I was in the process of getting several estimates and told him so. He offered 1 thousand dollars off if I signed that day, but that I could cancel the contract within 3 days. I signed on the 3rd and then canceled the contract on the 4th because the cost amounts were different on the 4th than on the 3rd. I received confirmation that the contract had been canceled. But they had already processed the financing through Synchrony bank, and the charge is still pending. I have contacted them 4 times by phone and once through email. The only response I received is that they had never charged the card and that I would be receiving a call back from Amanda in accounting. No one has called me back since the first response. The charge is pending which ties up the funds and prevents me from purchasing an AC system from anyone else.

    In response regarding the complaint submitted on 6/25/2024 against C&C Myers Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC., assigned ID ********* 
    I called C&C Meyers again on the 27th of June after going through a couple other people and being put on hold several times I was finally able to talk to Amanda in accounting. She told me she was aware of the situation but that there was nothing in their system regarding a charge on my account. I can only assume that is why she never bothered to return my calls. I had to explain the whole situation to her again and she finally realized that I was in a separate system they used for financing. Amanda was able to delete the charge transaction. It took me several more calls with Synchrony and finally a call back from one of their supervisors to expedite the charge removal so I could purchase an AC System on the 28th from a different company. Even though the charge has finally been removed, only due to my own persistence, it is unacceptable that this company took no action to resolve the problem. The twenty three days of frustration on my end and total disregard on theirs says a lot about their lack of customer service and business as a whole. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
