    I believe this company cons people out of money, There have been several incident where they have drafted my account for no reason, my account is always paid in full in advance. There is no explanation other than, it was a system error. Also I have paid in full and in advance for a policy that they canceled but never refunded the money and did not send any communication stating that the policy was canceled. I am wondering if they are scamming people.

    While the individuals at this insurance agency are very pleasant to deal with they are very incompetent.
    Everything that was done about starting this policy (effective 10/06/2022) has been a disaster - everything about the financial end of my insurance policy had been handle WRONG - It was originally set up for monthly payments but the paper work came in for quarterly payments and my account was debited for quarterly payments, when I called the actual insurance company ( The National Security Group I was informed I was paid up until 03/01/2023. On 12/14/2022 I was debited $92.34 and on 12/16 a debit for $97.26 was processed. After complaining both debits were reversed on 12/17 and 12/18. Now on 1/24/2023 a debit for $100.23 and on 1/25/2023 a debit for $100.21 was processed, again after complaining these charges were reversed on 01/26/2023. I now have been informed my policy has been switched to monthly payments beginning 02/06/2023 for $39.31. I can not figure out how much this policy will end up costing me in the end but I am looking for a new carrier. I have requested a payment schedule but never received one. ALSO, this policy was cancelled at one time because Mr. Smith had neglected to send in the proper paperwork. This has since been corrected and the policy is in force. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I wish there was a way to give a negative star.
