We had contracted Tobin W*** of Landscope LLC for the following: 1. Sod the yard 2. Install Irrigation for the yard 3. Install Drip Irrigation 4. Remove trees 5. Remove and replant Blueberry tree 6. Install Water Outlets (2) The work began on May 18th and the set price was, $5800 for the entire job. He revised the quote as we added a couple of things. And the final amount was $6450.65. He completed the Sodding, irrigation, removed the trees and installed one water outlet. Later on he said that he would do the drip irrigation when the raised bed was clear. We paid him $4000 as the initial payment on March 3rd, 2021, and paid the final check for $2450.65 on June 18th, 2021, and I reminded him to give me the invoice. He said he will email it to me as soon as he reaches his office. We kept asking for the invoice and he came up with all sorts of excuses that he had computer problems, have sent you the mail already, have forgotten in my truck and so on. We bore everything patiently. He had some family emergency and could not attend our lawn mowing, and we had become desperate. He told me that his aunt was not well somewhere in August. Since August 10th I started calling him to mow the lawn, he did not return my text messages, nor did he return my calls. Finally on August 8th I literally pleaded with him as we had HOA inspection coming up and asked him to mow the lawn else, we would have gotten violation notice. He mowed the lawn and, confronted me and told me that, “He did not like people hounding him.” It seems that we should not be asking of these service providers what is rightfully ours. I just told him to send the invoice and complete the remaining work. He said that he would send me that invoice and walked away. I reminded him on 9th September 2021 to no avail. On November 22nd 2021 I called him from another phone and he picked it up and said, “WE ARE DONE DOING BUSINESS”, and he disconnected the phone. I would like him to complete the job and give the invoice
