      I do not recommend this company.Just hours after agreeing to mosquito spraying service (verbally; no contract), I cancelled the service as the County Truck was passing my house spraying for mosquitoes. The call I placed that night was after-hours and rolled to, and was answered by, an agent from a different company who took detailed notes and promised, on my behalf, to deliver the message to Strand that night. The next morning, Strand sprayed. I called their office, all day, every day, until finally someone answered, and I verbally cancelled my service, again. I followed this up with a text message sent from their web page, and a detailed letter sent via **** (I paid this invoice because it was the very next morning after my after-hours call, assuming for timing issues. (There is no option on their website to send a text, except to request new service so I used that box to again cancel service). In the website text, I requested written confirmation of cancellation which Strand did not provide. Today, over 1 month later, Strand sprayed while I was off property and left a note at my door. I have spent all day leaving messages and they have not called back. There is NO way to effectively communicate any concerns or issues with this company. If you call this company you are put on hold for 15 minutes and then the robot says to leave a message, which is never answered.I wrote a detailed letter today and am sending it via ****, signature required. This is quickly becoming a legal issue solely due to their lack of communication.
