I purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from this gentleman on February 17th, 2023. Two days after I purchased this vehicle I began having problems with the vehicle. I have been back to his dealership on four separate occasions with different issues that were impairing the vehicle from operating. This most recent incident involves me pulling into a parking garage and parking. Upon parking, I realized I was too close to the vehicle next to me. I put the car into reverse and backed up. As I went to move the shifter into drive, the shifter was slipping and operating without my having to push the button on the shifter. The car would not go into drive. It would not go into any gear. It was stuck in reverse and sitting in an open area putting me in danger. I reached out to Quashawn and he ignored my multiple calls to him. Finally he texted me and advised he was busy at the moment. I told him I was returning the vehicle to him. I could not deal with the problems this faulty car was giving me. This is not the first time I extended my concern about the vehicle and wanting to return it. I also reminded him of Lemon laws and his response to that and I quote, "They is no lemon laws in SC." This let me know his only concern was keeping the $3000.00 that I paid for the vehicle. My hard earned money, and as a single mother to two small children, that struggles, this was a slap in my face. I have had multiple issues with this vehicle two days after purchase. The tires were bad and he tried to have them replaced with two tires that did not fit the vehicle. That caused the ABS light to stay on and made for a tumultuous ride for my children, nor did we feel safe. I expressed this to Quahshawn when I brought the vehicle back due to this problem. He did not seem concerned about mine nor my children's safety in the vehicle he sold me. I later learned that he acquired this vehicle the day prior to selling it to me. Not to mention the title I have yet to receive.

In response to the above claim, Customer was allowed to test drive the vehicle as well as take it to anyone she wanted to check the vehicle out.  Customer signed as is and was aware that vehicle was sold as such.  To add customer had title because her friend picked it up for her as well.  Customer did not return to me but two times and I fixed the issue for her.

I didn't realize that the title was a MV4 and it had to be sent to North Carolina in order to be converted..I took  it but due to mail issues it was returned to North Carolina so I'm waiting for them to come back to my home address
