      I met with their representative on Thursday, September 19th. I was told I would have an estimate later that afternoon. That estimate would need to be approved before metal could be ordered. Nothing came. Friday, also nothing. At 1030 on Monday I texted that I was still waiting on an estimate. The response was, “I am in the process of writing it now”. Later on Monday I texted that I had not received an estimate and resent my email address. No response. On Tuesday, I said still nothing. The response I got was that he would check on it that afternoon and maybe it went to junk mail. I responded that I had checked junk mail every day and it was not there. I got no response until 6 days later and he said he would send it over mid day that day. Nothing. I called the main office and left two messages and asked to be contacted by the owner. No response. They will say this was because of the hurricane but this was a full week prior to the hurricane. My project will now be over a month behind as I find a new roofer to complete the job. Their lack of professionalism will cost me over a month of time and money. Very inconsiderate of my time and very unprofessional. Beware.

      Sands Roofing and Construction put my roof on in no time. Very prompt and professional. As a result they have done roofs for my mom and my neighbor. Great company and great price. And the cleanup was done right. I would definitely recommend Sands Roofing!

      Sands Roofing were Awesome at roofing my Ranch Style Home & outbuildings. Very professional and did job in time frame we discussed. I have a Pool close to house and lots of flower beds around the perimeter of my home and Sands made sure all areas were covered did not lose one flower. Sands employee cleaned as they worked no mess was left after each day of work. Nick was the Supervisor I worked with, and he handle all of my cares with insurance claims and came to inspect work daily. I would highly recommend this company to Family, Friends & You.
