On November 20, 2023, I contacted A+ Collision and Auto. My 2017 Hyundai had broken down 2.5 hrs from home, and it needed towed and repaired. I was told I needed a new Motor. I was given a quote on 12/4 for $2650 for the engine, which I was told verbally had a 6 month warranty, $200 for gaskets and seals, $1,242 for labor, $33.79 for an AC hose, $130 for radiator support, and $169 for a battery and $22.50 to replace the battery. There was an additional $7.00 hazardous waste fee and $125 for towing. An additional $160 was charged to repair the back window motor. The AC was added as well. In total $4962, was paid. My son drove 2.5 hrs away to pick up the car on 2/1. He barely got it off their property before it was overheating and shaking. He immediately notified the shop and was told "damn that's crazy bc we drove it yesterday.." He was told he could pick it up again the next day, which he did and was told it was a sensor, but nothing was done to the car. We have had to have the AC repaired at another shop, and work done to prevent overheating (a cap and a radiator flush) yet the engine has been overheating since we picked it up. We have taken it to another shop and was told the head gasket is blown. We have contacted the shop numerous times for the warrantee; however, they refuse to provide it. The woman I spoke to has given me many excuses for weeks, citing *** ******** ***** ** ****** ******* and was in the hospital, she ****** ****** and can't get to the paperwork, the owner is on vacation, etc... I am unable to contact anyone other than this woman. My son requested the warranty in writing on 4/9, and was told "hey...they said it had a 60 day" "We 15 days late. I tried my best" When I requested the warranty, I received an invoice dated 12/27/23 with a note that says "the motor that was purchase december 2023 with 61433 miles has a 60 day warranty" They have not offered to resolve any of the complaints, only the window repair works properly.

My 2015 ******** was towed to their shop for a waterpump replacement. After weeks of waiting I had to call to ask about it. I was told that the mechanics had to have a special tool for the internal water pump and timing chain and it had to be ordered. A month went by with no answers, I had to call again. I was told that the engine had been taken out for the timing to be adjusted. Between June 15th and the beginning of October this shop had my vehicle. One of the shop owners told me that their mechanics were on drugs and knowingly let them work on my vehicle. I was finally told at the beginning of October I could pick up my car and that it was fine, 1600$ later. I got my vehicle back and immediately called Amy Kirk to let her know it sounded funny but she assured me it was ok. The next day while taking my daughter to school, my car lost power centering the highway. By the time I got off the highway my car completely shut off. I had to coast to the side of the road. The low oil pressure light came on as well as check engine light. I opened the hood and took a video of the smoking engine that had zero oil in it and immediately called the shop. The mechanic they had working on my car apparently dropped my engine and cracked my oil pan causing the oil to leak. He attempted to fix it with epoxy and the shop lied saying it had oil and there was no hole in my pan. My engine seized up and is not repairable. I need a new engine. I was told they would replace the engine. After more weeks of waiting I called again to be told they would just give me my money back but would not replace the engine. Per my attorney’s advice, I had it towed to Riverside auto and checked. I have picture proof and a write up of all damages incurred at A plus and precision towing. Over 10,000$ of damage. Still the A plus refused to fix it. I now have a broke down car and am having to spend more money on a lawyer to seek compensation.
