i purchased the machine new November ******. We purchased to use as a golf cart simply to take our 3 dogs to run down long dirt roads near the house. In Feb ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** jarring from having larger breast. During this we came to a complete stop to ease our way through but the machine would not pull out so i placed the machine in ************** and still nothing but a whining sound fro the engine. Placed the machine in low looking to find any torgue to move forward and the rear cab filled up with smoke and rendered the machine useless. Had to leave the machine until i could get it towed from the trail and pushed onto a trailer. The dealership ****** me in fixing under warranty but finally did and i was still charged labor for a warranty fix. Fat forward to may ******************************************************************************************************************************** 4 to save the clutch. When we arrived home we noticed that it was jumping out of gear or not going into gear, you could hear something spinning but took many tries to get into reverse. So we pushed it back into the trailer and took it back to the dealership . i gave them a week to check it out and determine what they think is going on, needless to say they found the issues and supposedly communicating with ******* but they both refuse to honor their warranty or customer service. They have had the machine since may and they refuse to do the right thing. I wanted to contact the BBB and not retain a lawyer simply because in my search i havent found anyone willing to review my case. this has to be a lemon law candidate. Ive been searching with the help of AI and it looks like this is a common issue year after year. Please help because i cant afford to pay to fix it or have it hit my credit.

Mr. ****** did have a clutch issue with his Uforce 1000xl. ******* does not warranty clutches. We worked with Mr. ****** and ******* to come to an agreement that suited all involved. CF Moto Goodwilled the parts and we discounted the labor 50% to help Mr. ****** out.

As for the latest problem, Mr. ****** has contacted you about his rear Differential not working properly. He brought it back to us on May 27th  the Uforce was having issues again. I told him we would work with him, and I would waive the Diagnostic fee. We determined the problem and filed the Warranty claim with *******. We sent pictures of the Uforce 1000 xl and the damaged part. ******* determined they would not cover the damage under warranty due to modifications the customer has made to Uforce 1000 XL. (bracket Lift, wheel spacers and larger tires). Warranties are in place to cover factory defects and those are determined by the manufacturer not the dealer. After Mr. ****** was informed that ******* would not cover the damage under warranty, he became Irate. The General Manager talked to him and offered to get our CF Moto *** involved to try and get some resolution to the situation. Several weeks went by and ******* agreed to take a second look at the damage but wanted the differential removed from the Uforce 1000 xl and disassembled to determine what internally failed. We informed Mr. ****** that he would be responsible for the labor involved in the tear-down if ******* still determined they would not cover the damage under warranty. He refused to authorize the tear down which takes us to his complaint. I stress it is not the dealers place to approve or deny any warranty claim that is strictly up to the manufacturer. We have gone above and beyond to try and resolve this issue between Mr. ****** and *******. He has threatened us with lawyers several times and at this point we have advised Mr. ****** that he needs to authorize the ***airs or pick up his Uforce 1000 Xl.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting because before doing any work to the machine i asked them. the main thing is when i went to the dealership to price new tires i asked the dealership to order me the same tires i have on my polaris razor, I installed the 32 tires , they prompted me that 32s would be *** much and i was fine with that as i dont need them for performance just looks, they collectively all recommended dripping the size of the tires to stay clear of any warranty issues which was main concern. So i till the dealerships recommendation on tire size trusting they knew what would be safe. I purchased what they recommended and and had them to the install. they also raised the vehicle their. i did install a 2 brackets lift which plays zero part in the performance

In response the 2-inch bracket lift absolutely plays a part in the performance. It changes the geometry of the suspension and puts added stress on the differentials. It causes the axels to back out of the differential because it increases the distance from the hub to the differential in turn can put the axel in a bind. It is never recommended to do a bracket lift on any machine. Their were also wheel spacers installed those also put added stress on the driveline as well. Again I stress as a dealership we do not have any part in warranty decisions that is in the hands of the manufacturer. We file the claim they ask for information we provide information.

I am rejecting this response because:
These small factors do not cause this types of  damages.  , this is poorly designed vehicle and i honeatly believe that i have received a lemon and will not accept poor excuses for either the dealership or manufacturer. They want to charge me to really do the needed exploration of the real issue. That i extremely poor customer service.

5-12-23 172$ machine was taken to shop to have a technician run diagnostic test to find cause of problem. Found problem i didnt wanna go the route of a new engine so told them i would come pick it up and figure something else out. When i arrive they tell me its 172$ for labor on the diagnostic and they would bring the machine out to be loaded onto my trailer. the machine had been taken apart and not put back together as they handed me a box of parts. the oil had been drained and the oil filter is missing. i confronted them about the issue as its being loaded with a forklift onto my trailer and i was told well have to charge you more labor to put it all back together

Customer dropped unit off to diagnose a rough idle.  Upon completion of diagnosis, it was identified that the unit had sever mud and debris in the throttle body. To identify the issue, we were directed by the warranty company to drain the oil, cut apart the oil filter to inspect for metal shavings, and then inspect the intake for signs of mud and debris from possible submerging of the unit. The customer has an aftermarket warranty, which usually covers the diagnostic if the issue is identified as a manufacturer defect.  In this case, it was not deemed by the warranty company to be so.  As such, the customer is then responsible for the diagnostic of the machine. We notified the customer of the decision of the warranty company and an estimate for repair, but the customer declined, stating he could get it done cheaper elsewhere. If the customer desires, we would be more than happy to issue them an oil change kit for their unit.
