    I have repeatedly requested that this hospital provide a patient advocate or liaison and/or to contact me. I have submitted a request via the website and also requested it multiple times in person during a visit. I was told by a staff member by the name of ****** **** that I would be contacted and I have recordings of promises of contact. To this point I have not been contacted and I wish to be contacted to discuss the results of my childs medical visit and the reason for delay of her results.

    MUSC Health and Piedmont are twin hospitals from H*** ********************************. MUSC has a few superstars. **** is th only competent Phlebotomist. ****, ******** and ***** are great nurses. The rest of the lab techs failed to do a proper blood draw or set an IV SIX TIMES!!!!!!!!!! They don't feed meals in the *** Even prisoners get meals! You have to beg for a cup of water. Half of the room meals are wrong, including allergy foods and non-diabetic. They wake you at 3 and 4 AM to adjust wiring that can wait until sunrise! The 7th floor nurses are (rhymes with witches) that act like they own you and are allowed to bully you because you are in the hospital! Shae injured my neck with the automatic bed waking me for an MRI. While she apologized, it didn't seem sincere and the pain lasted for 2 days. Malaysha (sp?) bragged about her lack of virginity and her virgin boyfriend. (Why would I care? I certainly didn't ask!!!) I was sent home (twice) before I was recovered, my discharge papers don't include the follow-up doctor **** and the hospital has not returned my calls about the follow up doctors!!! No 9one seems to give a rip about patient well-being!!!!!!!!!! EMS won't take me anywhere else or I would choose a ********* hospital!!!!!!! AVOID MUSC HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CALL ME WITH THE FOLLOW-UP DOCTOR ***********
