    We bought the bigger battery for extra storage. When they came out to hook it up, the battery does not work and they had to order another one. That was 3 months ago and we have hear nothing. When we call to find out what is going on, we are told to leave a message. We have heard NOTHING and our very fed up. We want the new battery and it to be installed correctly.

    We chose this company to place solar panels on our home. When they came out, their work crew messed up our original roof, a worker fell through the ceiling in our garage causing a sizeable hole. Ended up having to take the panels back off and have a new roof put on and panels but back up which was a lengthy process. We've also had several problems with their inverters and equipment and have had to have technicians to our home multiple (10+) times in the last year, almost 2. Every time they tell us everything is working as it should and then we end up with another issue. I dont think everything has worked as it should for longer than a month or two at the time.
    Currently we are having inverter problems again and we are now paying an over $200 light bill because the panels aren't working while still having to pay our over $200 payment for the panels. We have called multiple times to complain and get some resolution from the company and we get the run around a lot. It's hard to get a call into their customer service to even get someone to come out. Their business practices are horrible. At this point we want the business to make all of this right for us. What should have been an easy process has been anything but. We either want everything fixed with no more issues or have the panels and equipment removed and our money refunded.

    Mr. W***** we understand your frustration and we are sorry that you feel this way. We are actively trying to fix this problem, we have spoken to you several times this week alone and will continue to have an open line of communication with you. As you know we had a site visit on 7/27, and we followed up with a phone call on 8/2 to let you know that we ordered the part from Generac themselves. This order is taking them longer then normal, so we called for the third time again this morning, Friday August 18th at 10:15am and the part still hadn't shipped so we were able to get them to agree to Next Day Air the package. They will have to send the tracking information once its processed to ship, then when we have all of this information, we can schedule a site visit to get you up and running. As stated by you, we have been out for a site visit to you at least 10+ this past year to service or diagnosis different problems to make your solar system perform the way it was intended. We are again sorry for any frustration this has caused you or your family, we are working hard to stand by our workmanship and guarantee to you.

    I have been fighting this company to fix/complete the solar system for my house for almost a year. They have been to my house 10 plus times and can not get the equipment to work for more than a week. They have broken parts of my home and cost me so much in lost time from work to be there for them to fix solar system and they cant fix it. Almost $70000 dollars solar system they sold me and it is yet to work for mork then a week. I get delays , unanswered calls, ignored for weeks, and given excuse after excuse. Even though my equiptment does not work i am still paying monthing payments. This company will get there money and not stand behind there work or product. Do not spend your money with this company.

     I am rejecting this response because: this has been going on for 2 years and nothing is ever fixed for more than a week. Sorry does not make the product work, does not fix it, or keep it running. I need professionals that can proof out this system from one end to the other to diagnose the underlying problem. Brand new equipment should not break every month and be at my expense.  The whole time that the company has been playing patchwork for a shotty job putting bandaids here and there with rushed service trips that are only to lead to the next breakdown. How many attempts does a customer have to go through before a product or service is considered a lemon by law? The whole 2 years the system has been unstable, undependable, and defective it has been at the cost of my pocket (the customer) not just paying my normal power company but, for a solar system that is faulty.
