1 starI purchased a program for 97.00 and they charged my account for another program for 228.00 that I did not authorize. I had to call to even set the email to start the program I purchased for $97. I question if I would have received that had I not called and complained. I was told by an agent on the phone that I would receive a reversal of the charge. Still has not been reversed.

Mr. B*****, your login email was sent automatically by our system after your order on 9/26, but was diverted into your spam (which happens sometimes). 5 hours later, when you called & spoke with Karen, she shared your login info with you verbally, and also initiated a cancellation of the add'l item you had accidentally included with your order. Around 9pm that night (9/26, same day) your charge was successfully voided by our specialist who handles this. Since 24-hrs had not yet passed, the charge was actually still pending (never even reached final settlement with your bank), so we were actually able to simply cancel it altogether & it never even came out of your acct. What you mistakenly saw as a charge was the amount pending settlement, but not yet finalized. You will no longer see this pending if you re-check with your bank acct. This matter was fully resolved in less than 24 hrs, but we are very sorry it was so confusing & distressing to you. Wishing you the very best!Review fromJonathan R

5 starsI have studied many real estate courses, various aspects of being involved in real estate and made several personal purchases and sales of homes.
The courses I have studied have nothing in comparison to this course. I was enamored with the whole concept.
It covers all aspects of real estate and offers individual choice of what real estate path you wish to venture onto.

4 starsThe courses are very structured and informational. The coaches and instructors are very personable and they make the learning process fun. I must say there are upcharges that are not revealed until your payment has been processed. The upcharges ARE helpful, but purchasers should be forewarned. For that reason I'm giving it 4 Stars. 5 starsI do love and appreciate the Awesomely Platform. Their education is very good. Recently I purchased a program I had bought before covid, thinking it was updated and new. They refunded the money because I had previously purchased (I guess updates are included). In addition they sent me a **** ******* video on how to break bad habits or patterns which was helpful and insightful. I have purchased at least 3 programs from Awesomely and each was excellent and reasonable priced. I highly recommend them!Awesomely, LLC

5 starsI have listened to the video - great! Simple, and to the point.( I have been involved in arbitrage before, but on a lesser scale). Like any arbitrage business, contacts need to be multi-faceted: online, by phone, email, etc. If not done before, a lot of work to produce templates, scripts, and legal help with contracts. This cost is easily in the $thousands. Add to that the secure portal software, and to hear how the processing is, with the multiple funnels, etc, no doubt, sounds scary. Sometimes the best to do, is call or write "snail mail", so the apparent aggressive sales process, can be over-ridden with patience and common sense. I looked up their website - open @ 10 am (EDT), so I think the next step is to call and get my questions answered.Review fromNoel C

4 starsThe training videos are very good. Great to be able to go back and review. However, I had 2 issues with MarketPlace Website. First, the website does not use DNS protocol, and my internet supplier would not allow the website to display. I kept getting connection errors. I had to use my mobile hot spot to connect. Second, the website seems to be slow. It takes time to switch pages. I always thought that the internet should respond quickly, speed is the need. I hope you can resolve the slowness issue. I get impatient and frustrated, which causes me to lose interest.Awesomely, LLC
