1 starWebsite uses deceptive practices. There is no "review cart" option before purchasing additions to the program. It only has an "add to cart" button with no confirmation page.
It lures the customer in with a $197 cost. Once you've entered your credit card information for the base purchase, it starts ANOTHER long video extolling the virtues of an add-on that costs nearly $300. It presents the "add to cart" button before the price is presented in the video. I thought there would be a confirmation page showing the price before the transaction was processed. Nope. I didn't learn the price until the receipt showed up in my email.
If you do look into their service, remember to take notes and listen ALL of the videos, which has no up-front disclosure about how long it is or option to skip it to get a summary.Awesomely, LLC

1 starThe (software) they advertise is nothing but access to a website. LOL
I work with the largest home inspection company in Tx and can easily access tax lean/deeds/foreclosures and nit one of them was even mentioned.
Can provide screenshots if needed.
Also many of the listing gs had the same picture with different addresses and only one turned out to be legit(for me). ..

And more importantly, they have an awesome team that's always ready to help. 5 starsI did the "One Day Flip" online training, and I loved it. I really learned alot. It allowed me to go at my own pace. The training was divided into categories and I can review any category as many times as I like. I can ask questions when I like. It is an excellent value especially compared to other trainings. Another thing is that the trainers have been in real estate for many years and you can hear the experience through the teachings. JP and Cam are awesome!!!Awesomely, LLC

4 starsI have read all the reviews both positive and negative and here is what I know. I have been investing in real estate for the past 20 years. I have not used any of the systems or programs listed until recently. I have invested in TLC and Have bought, flipped held and rented properties all over the US. This is a hard and difficult business with ever changing variables. I use some of the software systems and have reviewed most of the materials, mainly for new or innovative ideas. The software makes my jobs easier and there are some new ideas I have pickup form the courses. But for those who think this is an easy turnkey to generate thousands of dollars. Not so much. If you are fully vested on becoming a real estate investor the software will make your life much easier and give you confidence. The training is good but does leave out some steps. If you are committed, then the program will give you r the basics to get started and the software is a plus. It is just not going to do the work for you. I have made over million dollars in real estate and if I had this program 20 years ago, I would have made 10-fold over.Awesomely, LLC
