    I paid for a service that involved an up front payment for what I received. I went for one treatment and unfortunately it did not make me feel well after I got it and reached out and explained my problem and said that the treatment could have caused how I was feeling. I wasn't able to continue going because of how I feel and I reached out to the office for a refund for the remaining visits that I had already paid for with no response. I would just like a refund for the services I did not receive since they unfortunately did not make me feel well which was no one's fault, but if I didn't receive the remaining services I should not have to pay for them.

    Hi Dan, I received your message I just got back in the country. We have refunded $300 to our patient. He was set to come back in and discuss things, but did not show up for his appointment.  Yesterday we did speak with Kyle and mailed the refund check although it’s our policy not to refund once services are administered. We do try to be fair! I am  doing this from my phone, so if there is a formal link I need to go to please let me know. We strive to keep our patients happy and understand that all the while you cannot please everyone. We hope this situation is rectified. Have spoken with Kyle and everything should be fine.
