      Lake Murray Flooring is a top quality flooring company with a good selection of products at a more than fair price. Kara, our sales person, is amazing! She's very knowledgeable and professional and quickly gained our trust. She offered us options without pushing. She was instrumental in matching us with the perfect installer. She was in-touch throughout. Rob, the Installation manager, was great also. He scheduled Dave, our installer, who is a hardwood genius. He made sure our materials were ordered correctly and delivered on-time and kept us informed. .When we needed more materials 2 months later, Rob and Kara got us shipped the exact "run" number as our initial order so that the floors would match. Equally impressive, Kay in the office was always so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Kay helped us out tremendously with a payment request for following through and keeping her word even when it occurred over a weekend and could have easily been overlooked. Last, but by no means least, the man who delivered our "heavy" floors in September on a hot muggy day, did so with a smile, a respect, and a reverence that's very rare these days! He did so even when asked to navigate through a lengthy maze of rooms because the most direct path was blocked. He was extremely patient and careful not to hit walls, doors, or light fixtures-we appreciated that. We shopped around - big box stores, a cheap national lumber company, and a local floor store that advertises ad nauseam. We instantly felt a significant difference with Lake Murray Flooring from the time we first walked through their doors. They proved our initial perception was correct. We really appreciate Lake Murry Flooring - our floors are beautiful. This is why Lake Murray Flooring is truly a quality company! There's a culture and character of quality and customer service that runs through every phase of their business! There's a reason they're an A+ BBB rated company. We highly recommend Lake Murray Flooring.
