Miss ******* called us in 2022 to install a new furnace while reusing the existing AC evaporator coil and drain pan underneath that evaporator coil. The furnace we installed is a 80% efficient furnace. These furnaces do not require a drain pan as they don’t create condensation. This coil that leaked recently was 12” from our new furnace.
We have not been to the house since early 2024, at which point was a thermostat issue. When she called in June 2025 about the water overflow issue, we found drain clogged, found that the cinder blocks under the ac coil caused the 3/8” plywood to be warped and had caused the pitch of the ac coil to be slightly incorrect. The biggest problem was the husband had blown water into the ductwork plenum using compressed air.
When going this year we re-pitched unit, installed foam blocks and re-insulated plenum  because of the wet Insulation, and installed new larger drain pan to cover any water that ends up in plenum in the future.
If payment is not made within 30 days of repair we will be filing a lien on home.
    Thank you.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I have hired an attorney and we will go to small claims court and let a judge hear both sides.  Due to us trying to reach a “ “settlement agreement.  “.
I will also be asking for my ceiling repairs to be paid for, if this is the route they would like to go.     Thank you for trying to help .

    Sincerely,
