    We bought a new A/c system with 10 year warranty parts labor and 8/302021. When we recently needed repairs we called our company they were going to come out but the owner the same owner who’s name is on the warranty says he and his business partner parted way due to drama and he would not be honoring our warranty even though he is doing business out of the same building with the same number. We tried to reason with them but they will not answer phone calls or return messages. From the start of the installation they did not give good customer service we had them out for a general maintenance check February 2023 they told us it needed a part they had to order. We never heard back from them after that and tried to call and got no response I called from a different number and got an answer and they said the owner Jason M***** would call back and he never did left several messages and now our ac is out and power is down due to hurricane so even when power comes back we will not be cool because he refuses to come out and honor our warranty and service our unit that he sold us and says we are no longer his customers because he and business partner parted ways.

    Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint. We reached out to the customer 3 times to no availability and then he reached out to us, upon conversation about us offering to coming out and he said no and hung up. We are willing to come out and take a look but we  can’t fix an issue if he’s going to act childish and hang up the phone.
