    DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!Upon traveling for 7 hours, we arrived and they had no record of our reservation. I double-checked before I left and their payment was received 4 months ago when I booked. No manager on site so the "concierge" called her, *********************, on her cell. On speaker phone, she stated several times my card declined. I went outside to call my credit card company as I knew this was impossible. He came outside, with out apologies, and stated he figured out the problem.. ****, apparently, forced charged my credit card a 2nd time which I learned after I called her myself. I asked her if there was anything she would do for this inconvenience and she stated it was "not her fault." I was frustrated at this point and told her I would be leaving a bad review and hung up. She proceeded to call my personal cell repeatedly to the point where I had to block her??!! We go up to the room and the guy from the front desk UNLOCKS THE DOOR WITH OUT KNOCKING and comes in.. He said the manager would be calling the cops to have us removed from the property for trespassing and threatening to write a bad review.. I thought I was on candid camera. We left, in the dark, to find a room to stay for the night.. Omni is waaay better by the way!! The next day I have a 3rd charge for the week stay AND a cancelation fee. HOW does this lady still have a job?? She is out of her everloving mind!
