- If the refund or exchange is due to a mistake on our behalf yes. If the customer would like to exchange for another bag then yes but they will be responsible for all shipping that occurs. If the customer decides they cannot use the bags and call us we will accept back within 30 days from time of purchase but a 20% restocking fee will occur as well as the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that occur.
