    If you want to pay above industry standard and be refused itemized quote and service charges come here. Remember to ask for the service manager *******, unless you prefer to have office staff hang up on you after asking for an itemized quote. This was followed up by the Service Manager ******* that he doesn't do itemized quotes and if I don't like it I can go to the BBB. Not to mention, if you had the unfortunate fact that they installed all my plumbing on my house and are part of my warranty..you won't be dealing with them the first time. On their initial plumbing for my home there were multiple breaks in sewage lines, flooded house. They half look at issues and fix only what they have to to be able to come back with a overpriced service charge. Cause if your caulking messed up on toilet..$250...They improperly installed a flang$250 and have to fix their mistake$250. Want to file a complaint against and employee, a formal one..refusal to do so; the emergency number will also not file complaints. Is there a policy for this, you'd think so with a large franchise like this.....blBut you can only do so much I guess for faulty- unprofessional-unskilled-rude businesses and employees.
