    Technician offer an oil change that was not requested i inform ****** ***** service rep oil change was not necessary since i witnessed oil being replace after new oil pan replacement by ********. They were to inspect the vehicle and check oil level as well as the requested repairs.
    On 10/09/23 I ******* ****** receive my car in great running condition to find out from a break down that the drive home was perform without what was told to me by service supervisor ****** inadequate oil level. That of course damage the engine.

    Good afternoon,

    I have spoken with Mr. ******** prior to receiving this complaint and we have him scheduled for repair on Tuesday 5/23 and he will be provided with a loaner car while his vehicle is in for repair.  As I have stated to Mr. ******** previously, we currently have a major shortage of technicians, which is currently causing us to be overwhelmed in our service department.  I have just recently taken over this store, and am currently making great strides in hiring additional technicians.  I expect us to be able to handle our current capacity and provide the service our customers expect and deserve in the coming weeks.  I look forward to getting Mr. ********'s vehicle repaired next week.
