            On 09/14/2022 I called Goldy Locksmith to unlock my toolbox. An employee came and told me he could not pick the lock and that he would have to drill it open. He started to drill and went too far into the lock and pooped the back lock off. He said he needed to go to the office and get some tools and he’s be back in an hour. He never returned. The next day the owner **** ******* came to my home and busted the top drawer off of the of the toolbox. He said he would replace my tool box due to the damage they caused. I called him a week later to ask when it would be delivered? He said he is working on getting one. On 10/08/2022 I called **** to ask where the tool box is and he replied he would not be bring one he would only give me $130 in cash because he is not charging me for opening the original tool box. He said he would bring it that day and never did I attempted to call him today 10/19/2022 with no answer.

            We had a tech come out to rekey two door locks. We were told that what we had couldn't be re-keyed and needed new locks altogether to which we were verbally quoted $189. A bit steep considering the k**** that he replaced them with were very basic. He was there a total of 20 mins, and our invoice totaled over $1,000.Close to $800 for the k**** and locks $200 for labor $70 for tax An absolute rip off, and price gouging at its finest. We ended up removing what was used on our doors and refused to pay the obscene amount of money they tried to get away with charging. Do not use this company or their services.
