    First off I would like to start off by saying I drove two hours to purchase what I thought would be my dream car for it to be sitting in a shop. I purchased a ******** not even two weeks ago from T&S express in the beginning the customer service was good until two days later when the car left me stranded. Before purchasing Terry responded quickly even after hours. After the car broke down I can't even get an call back. I have left several emails, messages still no response. They can't even acknowledge the fact that I purchased a vehicle from them that's no longer running. I am so disappointed because I felt like we were finally dealing with someone that we can trust. 15,000 is not a little bit of money. The car is now sitting in the shop with labor and repair of 1500. Before contacting the BBB I tried reaching out to them for them to hang up in my face.

    I had my shop check over the car with no issues.  I drove the car myself for several days with no issues.  I can not predict the future of used cars.  I do my best to sell the best used car I can.

    I don't except nor agree with this response. I was promised that this was a very good car, reason I went with is one for it only to run for one day. I don't feel like I should be responsible for paying over 1500 for repairs for a a vehicle I've driven once. Acknowledge the fact that we purchased this vehicle from your business as a new customer. At least offer to help Payton get it out the shop. Also speaking with the body shop, this isn't something that just happened this issue has been going on

    I paid 4,000 dollars down on SUV . 3 days later the suv had a major gas smell & jerking when driving . The gas smell is coming through the air vents and I have 4 children . The car would not go over 20 miles due to throttle system . The owner was called and stated the car is as is and not brand new but stated he would have the major issues fixed . My mechanic looked over the car gas tank has a leak , transmission code , tired rod needs changed , fuel injectors and more , the owner stated he didn’t trust the mechanic to bring it to his . The car was not drivable had to be towed . The shop claimed to have fixed around $230 worth of things which was an oil change and something to due with fuel . I picked my car up and still having the same issues . Owner refuses to give a refund or give a better suv

    I had the car inspected and repaired by my shop that does all my cars.  He said their top mechanic personally drove the car after the repair and told me the car was fine.  I paid for the repair.
