    We signed a contract with Upstate Signs and Graphics on April 22, 2024 and paid $4,260 to be completed June 10, 2024. We have exchanged several emails with the owner regarding installation dates. At first there was a problem with the supplier; however, the dates just keep getting pushed back . I contacted him today (Monday July 22) and pushed for an installation date, his response was (Saturday 8-9 am). In all honesty, we have been extremely patient with the timing and we’re still unsure if we’ll have a sign installed Saturday. At this point, we no longer believe his response for an installation. If he does not finish the job, we would like a full refund of our deposit.

    good afternoon! To whom this concerns we have been in regular contact with CCI Church about the manufacturing and installation of their signs, see the attached email where I said 2 weeks ago the install would be the “week of the 22nd” July 27 falls in the week of the 22nd. I never said it would be July 22, I stated the week of the 22nd. I lined the installation up for Saturday July 27 between 8-9AM. I understand my customers frustrations, I’ve answered all their calls, all their emails, I’ve updated them,and they will be getting their sign! I cannot help it when my suppliers run behind it puts me behind but that has been solved. 

     

    i would also like to add that I was very upfront well over a month ago and I told them we were having issues getting materials. The materials have since arrived and are in our shop and I have even provided pictures of the signs we are building for them. I’m not sure why we are going this route even after I have provided a concrete installation date?

    My company ***** ***** ******* paid for Upstate Signs and Graphics to make two signs on 2/16/2022 and we still have no sign. The contruction loans have been held up because of this delay and the appraiser cannot verify the work has been done because of this delay. This has cost us thousands of dollars. We have sent multiple emails, texts messages, and phone calls and all have gone mostly unanswered. Any response we have gotten has been vague and still no results. The only work that has been completed was for invoice 485 which consisted of channels letters and they are not even installed correctly to the electricity. We would like a full refund for invoice 488 ($2,621.50) and a partial refund for Invoice 485 equal to items not delivered and cost for us to install the channel letters correctly.

    Hello and good morning to whom it may concern!

     

    Attached are some pictures and screenshots of correspondence with the owner. I have more photos of the work we did but it will only allow me to upload a certain amount.


    We made the road side pylon signs and the gate signs for several locations. We found out during the process that we were not allowed to have the pylon faces because code for the local municipality will only allow 2 wall signs, or we could have the pylon faces if we only did 1 set of wall signs. So we already had the wall signs installed.

     

    we also made several gate signs for several of these properties and I was never given addresses to where they weee to go. I still have these. 

    With the electrical I asked the owner in an email if they had electrical to tie into because when we surveyed we didn’t see a circuit to tie into. I also spoke on the phone with him about it nunneries times and I even offered to have my electrician do it and I was never given a specific answer on what to do. If there isn’t any electrical to tie into there is nothing I can do about that, at that point it is out of my hands and the owner knew about this. 

    The last time I spoke with the owner 2 months ago I told him I could give him the road sign and issue a partial refund for not being able to install it and he told me on the phone “at this point I don’t want them” We spent a lot of money on materials and sold this job under the market rate to help the owner out. I also did a huge amount of design work and survey work for digital boards they wanted to do on a different property and it ended up being a wash and I never billed them for the time it took me to do all that work either, so at the end of the day they got a good deal! I wish things had been different but I cannot issue a refund for the channel letters when they WERE INSTALLED correctly, there wasn’t any electrical there, the owner knew about it and didn’t want to spend the money and we made all the other signs as well and we were never given any addresses for them. We went above and beyond and did designs for Eagle Guard Storage on a couple other properties and all this work was billable and I gave it to them. We did the best we could and if there is a way to submit the other photos please let me know.

    I purchased Signs for my business, Tranquility Therapeutic Massage, in June of 2021 from Upstate Signs and Graphics. Upon my purchase, I was told by Jason (who is no longer with the company) my Signs would be installed and the job would be completed within 3 weeks of purchase. I did not receive my first sign (my building sign) until the end of August 2021. I received my second sign (back entrance sign) shortly thereafter. I have yet to receive my main road sign at Pinnacle Bank on Hwy 123. This sign is very important as it allows people traveling Hwy 123 to notice there is a massage business available in the area. It has been one year and 4 months and still no road sign. I've spoken with Jason, Garvin and Nick S. (the owner) and this issue has yet to be resolved. The Signs are beautiful (the two I have recieved) but the customer service is horrible. Its always a blame game as to why they can't manage to complete a simple road sign.

    Hello and good morning!

     

    In response to Mrs ********* *******, I have no problem making these little sign! I want everyone to please understand we completed the job that consisted of manufacturing channel letters and tenant panels and the salesman who had this account left the company in Jan 2022, and I was never informed of these 2 little graphic signs. The other issue that threw us off is Tranquility Massage waited 13 months to inform us that they were missing these signs! Had they told us 1-2 months after the install, it would’ve been way different, but 13 months is a long time to go by to inform someone that some graphics were missing out of the order. Hey I’ll admit it, our mistake, I’ll make the little graphics and deliver them. Sorry to tie up everyone’s time, great weekend to all!
