I had ordered boot socks a couple years ago and love them. They are still holding up great and are basically in the same condition that I received them in. I finally decided that I should buy more because they're my favorite. I was super disappointed to find out that they have since changed, and not for the better. They are longer to the point of being too tall, and the quality of the material is not going to hold up long. The black pair looked awful after just one wash. Everything sticks to it, and the material is so soft that it seems to be almost shedding/falling apart. I reached out to Marley Lilly to express my disappointment, and the best they could do was a 50% store credit which I will likely never use. I also inquired about an email I was supposed to receive to review the items I bought. I have been checking my spam folder and nothing has come through (they said it should have come 2-3 weeks after receiving my order). The customer support person just said there's nothing she can do about it as they're only sent automatically, and then she sent me a link to a ******** page to leave a review there, but the link was a dead end. I found their actual ******** page and you aren't able to leave reviews. I noticed that there are no recent reviews on their website, either. Very deceitful and disappointing.Marley Lilly Response

We Marleylilly investigated this complaint fully. During the three years between your purchases, our products can evolve due to various factors such as manufacturing processes or material changes. Our quality standards, however, have been maintained. The socks referenced in this complaint are solid black, and different from what was purchased previously. Washing them with times that shed can create the result you reported to Marleylilly Customer Support. We value your feedback and appreciate you as our customer! I placed my 1st order with ML. My shoe size is 8.5 or 9 so I ordered a 9. They're at least 1 size too small and I cannot return them. I'm guessing it's due to personalization. There should be more information about sizing and return policy of item if they're not refundable. I now have a pair of shoes I cannot wear and cannot exchange. I would've skipped personalization. I checked reviews prior to my purchase too.Marley Lilly Response

Clothes are cute but there seems to always be an issue with shipping. The first time I ordered it took almost 3 weeks for the products to arrive. When they did come in, one of the monograms was incorrect. While the company did take care of the issue, I did not have the item for the planned family trip. I guess I should have known better ordering again. I placed an order 2 and a half weeks prior to a fall trip and again, no package arrived. When I did the contact us email all I received was a tracking number. I tried tracking the package and the only update is that a label has been received. I called the MarleyLilly the next day, and apparently the package is lost. The customer service rep offered to resubmit the order, however this does not help me for vacation, again!Marley Lilly Response

At Marleylilly, we strive to be transparent with expected turnaround times, so that we never disappoint our customers. We understand our products are sometimes ordered for special events, and we want to get our products to our customers on time! I apologize there was a slight delay with the tracking update on your order. Looking at your order original order from October 25th, although there was a delay with the carrier updating tracking details, the package did arrive to you within the stated turnaround time. Followed all the rules and returned within the timeframe paid $15 for the return and still was only given a store credit. When I tried to call it for 15 Eastern standard Time, there was no option to leave a message and of course no one was available to talk to. They happily took our money, and we followed all the rules yet we have to have store credit! Very disappointing!Marley Lilly Response

I’ve been dismissed by customer service. The front hem of a shirt is wrong. The left side is longer than the right. CS told me it’s correct because the front and back are supposed to be different lengths. That doesn’t explain the front being different lengths from side to side. I sent a photo. I can only assume she didn’t look at it because it’s so obvious. I understand the front is shorter. But why is the LEFT shorter than the RIGHT?Marley Lilly Response
