    We had Trevor T****** ,sod and mulch give us a estimate on work in back yard. We gave him $1000 down on job he said would be$2000. He needed half to get supplies. This was on September 27. He guaranteed us if we had a different lawn service give us a better estimate he would refund us the $1000. We contacted him 1_ day later. He said he would bring us the money back.. He never did!!! We called him 4 times since then and he keeps giving us the runaround. Many excuses.. We are seniors and really need our money back.. Please help us... Thanks.

    Aug. 23rd contacted **** to get backyard cleaned up from weeds. Verbal contract to clean up, sod and mulch. Bushes in front to be trimmed. Found out later he is not in network for ****. He was the first one to call us.
    Given 50% payment backyard was cleaned up after many excuses. Remainder of money paid so he could buy sod and mulch. He was suppose to finish job on the 29th. Have not heard from him. This guy had more excuses then I can count. He claimed to be a *********.
    He took advantage of the elderly. He did not complete work and we have had to hire another business to complete work at our additional expense. I do have several text messages from Tumblins.

    I started their job an had my worker get into a car wreck so I had no one to help me finish it I told the customer I’d refund her half of her money I got a new phone an lost her contact information let her know I’ll refund her for half of it because I did grade an take out lots of weeds

    He said he would pay $700 on Sept 9 and $700 on Sept 11th.
    He never showed just like all the other promises.
