    Air Temp Control put three new ***** units in my home on 12/2/2020 for the cost of $33,000.00. For months we had nothing but problems and they were at our house frequently. Thankfully labor was covered for the first two years after install. According to Air Temp Control the problems were all *****’s fault. This past month, now that the labor is no longer under warranty, they have been out to replace the compressor in two different units. The first unit required two service calls to fix it. The second unit stopped working the night the tech fixed the unit. When the repairman came out he said “there is a tiny pin hole in your Freon line”. This $11,000.00 unit is two years old. I asked how this could happen and the tech told me the constant vibration of the unit can cause this and the repair price is $1,200.00. Before the compressor stopped working we did not have a Freon leak, but shortly after he leaves we do. The owner was extremely rude and told me to find someone else to fix my unit. I called another AC repair company. They came out and I asked them them how this could happen and explained what Air Temp Control said. The new company said the damage was done by human error. While not provable, nothing touches that area of coil and they have seen this happen when installing a new compressor and the technician puts York on the line while installing the compressor. The repair was $260.00. So, not only did Air Temp Control cause this problem they were gouging me with the repair cost. Shameful after we spent $33,000.00 with them installing three new units to our home. Thankfully there are still some honest people in the world and we were lucky to find one of them to fix our unit. Air Temp Control’s owner Dennis G**** should be ashamed of himself and so should his technician Chris.
