I initiated a transaction with Brandon W****** on August 28th 2025 for him to do some mechanical work on my vehicle. I met with him this week to get him in person and he told me he had previously done work via his company in my neighborhood and he seemed legitimate. I agreed to pay for parts in advance and labor upon completion to get a discount.

Total amount of money sent for parts $2,252 dollars.

All parts were agreed upon to be sent directly to my house, in which he later said some “confusion occurred” and they were sent to his place of business.

He was scheduled to do the work September the 5th which he rescheduled for the 6th. He then rescheduled for Today. As of last night all seemed fine and something else came up and now he’s pushing to reschedule again.

There is a pattern of behavior with this business and individual. Given previous complaints I would like my money refunded.

As of today Brandon W****** has agreed to return all parts and make a payment by EOB 9/10/2025, but given his past issues this is being submitted until a resolution is met. If this resolution is not met this complaint will remain, and this case will be escalated.

Furthermore looking back, he offered to supply an engine for 700, of which I denied because at this point I was suspicious which led to me looking his information up.

All receipts and our conversation is documented for said transaction.

We contacted a licensed electrical contractor recommended by our neighborhood. We are new here and need to have work done. A rep was sent to prepare a quote for the work. We rec'd the quote and decided to hold off on the work as the price was a bit steep for our budget at this time. Soon after, that employee contacted us directly saying he is a licensed electrician & could do this work on the side and would do it to help us out. We were skeptical BUT went along with it. He need $3,000 for the parts. He was extremely irriated with us b/cause our check is "out of state" & he had to wait until it cleared before he could buy the parts. Once our check cleared, he asked us not to mention this to his employer; that's when the problems began w/numerous excuses as to why he had to cancel & reschedule. After the first reschedule (there have been several), we realized we had been scammed. This scam started the 2nd week of Jan. On 14 Feb 24, we tired of his excuses & decided to cancel & asked him to return the products to us; we would find another contractor. He was agreeable & would deliver the times Thur, 2.15.24. Again, the excuses began. He then offered a full cash refund (we assumed b/cause he had never really purchased the products & didn't have them). Again, several excuses have been leveed as to why he can't get us the check. At this point, we do not expect he will be here on Friday w/the check. After the last round of texts, I checked the BBB to discovered that his phone number is listed under Three Sixty Electrical & Renovations and noticed the alerts. He is definitely passing himself as a licensed contractor (I did ask for a copy of his license & insurance; he said he would provide it but hasn't.) He provided an invoice with his name (******** home Services) with the same number as Three Sixty Electrical & Renovations, 864*********. We have contacted his employer to inform him of the situation; this employee is poaching/scamming clients.

Brandon Waddell came to the house (at 1100 today) and gave us $3,000 cash.
We consider this closed, he may however, invoke his lawyer.  Sad, that he couldn't handle this in a timely manner.
