Very bad experience with Henderson Accounting. I went in for tax preparation, as an individual. They were not taking appointments and this was my first time having my taxes prepared by a firm. I have used ******** previously. After a 10 seond review of my documents by D. Wyatt H********, I was told by the secretary that the fee would be $300. I asked if I could review my returns with him because I had some questions, that is why I wasn't using ******** this year. The answer was no, so I asked if we could do it when I picked them up. Again the answer was no. So I asked if he could give me a call later. Again, he was too busy. When I read the form they ask you to read and sign, I had a question about something in there. The secretary could not answer the question so I suggested she ask D. Wyatt. Of course, he had no time for me. Much too busy. By this time I was thinking I was definitely at the wrong place but left my information there until I could do a bit of research. About 2 minutes after I left the office D. Wyatt called to say come get my information, we could not do business. You betcha. Oh yes, his partner did tell me that if I wanted any facetime with him it would require a separate appointment and an additional fee. $300 doesn't even get you 5 minutes of time to go over your tax documents. I wish I had looked up his BBB reviews before I wasted my time.
