    Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a car on 2/10/24 from Fred Anderson Nissan Of Greer and was told by my salesman Mike H****** if I referred someone and they purchased a vehicle, I would receive a $100.00 check. I referred my daughter who purchased a car on 3/15/24. Her salesman, Mr. Ed also told me I would get $100.00. Mr. Ed as well as their finance person took my information (name, address, etc.). Mr. Ed told me to call him if I didn't get the $100.00 check within two weeks. I called the Fred Anderson Of Nissan Dealership on 4/2/24 because I had not received the check. I couldn't reach Mr. Ed. or Mike H***** because they were not in or not available. I called Mike H***** on his cell phone to ask about the $100.00 check, he said he would look into it. A day or so later I got a call from Christine, the person in charge of making the payment. Christine told me that the payment may be coming from their main office directly to me or to their dealership office, she would let me know and I could have it sent to me or I could pick it up, but she would call me. I told Christine if I received the check I would let her know. I never received the check so I called Mike H***** again on 4/17/24, he again said he would look into it and call me back. As of today no one has returned my call and I have not received the $100.00 check that was promised. My family has purchased three (3) vehicles from Fred Anderson Nissan Of Greer (my husband, myself and my daughter) so in actuality we should have received two (2) $100.00 checks totaling $200.00. My daughter purchased her car in March and it is now May and I am still waiting on the $100.00 check and a return phone call from someone from Fred Anderson Nissan Of Greer. We are very disappointed in how we have been treated by the staff of Fred Anderson Nissan Of Greer. If this is how they treat their good and loyal customers we will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and we will not refer anyone to them again. Thank you

    My complaint is in reference to Fred Anderson Nissan of Greer. I bought a car there the week before Christmas had it eight days and the check engine light came on. It ended up being a $7000 repair. I reached out to the dealership to ask if they do the kind of work that was needed there And if so, could they help me out with pricing. No one that could help me ever called me back after me calling and leaving messages many times. Not only is the lack of customer service involved here but also the ability to stand behind your product. This car had a serious problem and even if they didn’t know about it, which I think they probably did. They could’ve stepped up and offered to help me get it repaired, very very poor customer, service, and customer relations.
