    Extremely poor customer service. They offer a warranty but never return phone calls or emails. The products don't seem bad but there's ZERO customer service. They avoid speaking to their customers so they don't have to deal with any complaints. Stay away from this place

    Thank you for your feedback *******. It looks like you messaged us back in January and we replied asking you to fill outa return request so we can take a look at your alternator. This needs to be done in order for a ticket to be summited to our tech. We are a small family owned business, operated by 6 people. Our forms and ticketing system is the best way to keep conversations organized and assigned to someone who can help with the task at hand. Please submit that return form on our web page and we will be happy to take a look at your alternator and get it recased due to that shipping damage!

    The return request was filled out and sent to you on Jan 22. Since then I have nit gotten any response back from via phone or email.

    So far, I am not impressed. I bought a 250A alternator for an 02 ******. It doesn't fit. Now, I can either pay the shop $506 for a stock alternator so that my car runs again, or pay them $200ish in labor to put my old alternator back in, tow it home and put in a stock alternator myself. Their phone line is a joke. No matter what option you pick, it tells you to contact them through the website. I filled out the form today. I really do expect a full refund on this. If I had known their alternator was going to be wrong, I would have bought the stock alternator myself, installed it myself and saved $300 on labor, plus the $400+ I spent on their garbage. I'll keep you posted to see if I get a refund. If I do, I'll at least modify this review, but otherwise, it's garbage and don't buy from them.

    I am sorry to have not revised this review! It is frustrating that they didn't have the correct alternator and I had to buy another one (and waste the time) and I still don't have the high output that I'd like, but they refunded the money as promised.
