      I ordered an ice maker in March that should have been delivered in May. I called a few weeks ago and they said someone cancelled my order and had not refunded my order. I did not cancel my order and would still like for it to be delivered. But I cannot get the business to return my calls or give me any resolution.

      We are unsure as to why this order was canceled in our system. The order was reinstated and was shipped on 6/3. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      I order an item from this company 4/22/2021, I have reached out numerous times to check the status of my order as of today 5/26/2021 still nothing no emails anything. Every time I reached out I was given the run around, the rep only one I can talk to, no mangers/supervisors are working. I finally am at the point of fed-up and asked to cancel this order. Was told that it had to be cancelled by supervisor and a email would be sent to cancel. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Customer called in and spoke with a representative on 5/5/21 and 5/18/21 and was advised of a ship date of 5/24. Factory backorder email notification was sent on 5/25 that the manufacturer had extended the backorder till 6/30 due to issues overseas. Customer called in on 5/26 and spoke with a representative and was informed of the rescheduled ship date of 6/30. Customer called in on 5/27 to cancel the order and receive a refund. At that time we emailed to cancel the order with the manufacturer and that has been received. Order was added to refund sheet and will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, I was NEVER informed that this would be not be shipped until the of June. I will await my refund, but your customer service is HORRIBLE and I will make it know to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      I ordered $982.29 with of equipment from this company April 19, 2021. On April 28th I received a shipping update email, which said that my order was processed, but unavailable to ship because of product availability. A week later I received the $46.75 faucet from my order, but they charged my account the full $982.29 that day. I have left numerous messages, but you only get an answering service, and never actually talk to someone at JES. I have not been able to confirm when the rest of my order will be shipped, or if it will be shipped. Their terms of service said they won’t charge your card until your item shipped.

      It is our policy to charge for items when we send an order over to the manufacturer for them to ship items to our customer. This order was sent to the factory but unfortunately they have a 6 week lead time on the units. A backorder notification was sent to the customer and they contacted to cancel their order on 5/18. The items have been canceled with ** ********* and the customer will received a full refund for those items within 24 hours.

      Better Business Bureau,

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, with the following notes.  If we hadn't contacted the BBB, we wouldn't have gotten our credit invoice or gotten thru to a person who could help.  And with the credit invoice, at least if they don't follow thru, we can get the credit card company to honor it.  They violated their own terms by charging the card in full, before items were shipped.
