            Requested information are in documents below: Nov 28th, 1,595$ was the final quote with covid changes I requested catering that night from 7:30-10:30,Fruit, entree & dessert. Then around 8:30 ,I noticed they were packing. Which was confusing because I paid for catering/presence till 10:30. They stayed for an 1h of the time before breaking down. Most of my guest didn't get dessert & some didn't eat. The dispute is because I paid for 3 hours of service & only got an hour & a half/drop off. I have tried calling,emailing for a follow up to resolve & I have not received anything outside of me calling expressing my disdain. I sign a contract given to me by the business & it was not honored. Which I was told the contract that agrees to these terms from the business ,were not correct. Even though it's their contract . I was told I would be called to resolve the issue but instead I have been ignored on all ends. Now I am filling a complaint. I want half of my payment back for half the work.
